3. Matt Duchene - Duchene continued his hot start to the month of October with his 9th goal of the season, and was a force for the Avs in a 3-2 win over the Jets. 
2. Steven Stamkos - Stamkos continued his strong start to the season with his 8th goal and added an assist in the Lighting 4-3 win over the Panthers, as he now has 17 points on the year.
1. Corey Perry - Perry continued his hot play of late with his 6th goal of the season (which was the GWG), and added an assist in the Ducks 4-3 win over the Blue Jackets . Perry now has 3 goals and 4 assists in his last 5 games. 

Interesting Stat of the Night - The Avs finish October with a franchise best 10-0-1 record, including 8 different forwards with game-winning goals (Duchene 3, Parenteau, Downie, Tanguay, Bordeleau, Landeskog, O'Reilly and Stastny with 1).
