Three Stars of the Night:
Honourable mention: Alex Chiasson - Chiasson continued a strong start to his NHL career, as he scored his 4th and 5th goals of the season and added an assist. Chiasson now has 11 goals in his first 16 NHL games dating back to last season.
3. Tuukka Rask - Rask was simply fantastic tonight, as he stole a win for the Boston Bruins making 38 saves on 39 shots. Rask made perhaps his biggest save early in the 3rd, just seconds after Marleau tied the game at 1-1 Joe Thornton and Tomas Hertl were on a 2-on-1 as Thornton fed Hertl Rask slid across and made a great save to keep the game tied.
2. Dwight King - King picked up his 1st career hat trick in a wild game in Los Angeles, as the Kings defeated the Coyotes 7-4.
1. Steven Stamkos - Stamkos gets the 1st Star of the night tonight, with 2 goals and 2 assists for his 2nd 4-point game of the season. After only tallying 2 assists in his 1st 3 games, Stamkos now has 7 goals and 5 assists in his last 6 games.

Interesting Stat of the Night - A weird sequence of events happened in the Wild/Hurricanes game, as both starting goaltenders (Cam Ward and Josh Harding) left the game with an injury and didn't return. Ward was hurt 4:07 into the game, while Harding played the 1st 2 periods and was replaced by Niklas Backstrom for the 3rd (but was still credited with the win because he was in net for Parise's GWG)
